I have other shots of this species, but the Twelve-spotted Skimmer has a habit of perching flat, which makes it difficult to get a photo that really shows how pretty they are. They’re not really "skittish" dragons, but neither do they usually let me as close as this male did, so I took advantage of the opportunity.
